The 40+ circle
We are a small, invitation-only circle of accomplished professionals who gather once a month in the western suburbs of Minneapolis.
Our evenings are unhurried and intentional. We connect with peers, cry about the latest Vikings loss, explore a new whiskey, unpack real challenges at work, and think boldly about what’s next.
What you won’t find: business cards, gossip, complaints, or anything resembling a Chamber, BNI, Lions, Rotary, or other networking group.

What do we mean by successful?
You’ve sold a business or still own one (mandatory requirement). You don't chase clients like some desperate vacuum salesman. Instead, people seek you out for guidance because you’re a smart cookie.
You probably have a second home (hopefully somewhere with a decent wine selection and a view), and a retirement plan that doesn’t involve working until you’re 80 or moving in with your children. And if you don’t, might we suggest visiting tempo-wealth.com

People gravitate toward you at networking or social events. People want to have a beer with you and solve all of the world’s problems. You make others laugh.

We meet the first Thursday (unless it falls near a holiday) of every month at a different venue in the cities of Eden Prairie, Chanhassen, Chaska, Victoria or Waconia. We start at 4pm and go to 6pm but oftentimes much later.
willing to buy a round of drinks
This is what it costs to join the group. Your membership fee is to buy a round of drinks for up to 4 people. Don’t worry we won’t order that 10 year-old Macallen.
You only need to do this once per calendar year to be considered an active member.
